Bernadette
came to her local LIFE House desperate for help. Fleeing domestic violence,
pregnant with her third child, and with nowhere else to turn, she didn’t think
it would be possible to over-come longstanding issues and repair her
relationship with her family.
Her Support Plan worked on building confidence
and self-esteem and together with her Support Worker, Bernadette developed a
valuable network of friends and family to ensure she was happy and safe when she
was ready to leave our care.

Calling all Walsall LIFE Supporters!!
Calling all LIFE supporters who live near Walsall in the West Midlands…..
Liz Lloyd and the team are organising the group's annual Kathryn Wilcox Memorial Walk, held each year in memory of the founder of Litchfield LIFE Group.
Last year, this sponsored walk raised over £5,000 and the team hope to beat that total in 2011, with all money going to support LIFE projects in Walsall. If you would like to join the walk, it takes place on Saturday 16th April, starting at 2pm from St Francis of Assisi Catholic Technology College, Erdington Road, Aldridge. The walk covers a 9 mile route and ends at Litchfield Cathedral.
