Margaret Coward
Head of Housing
I joined LIFE in 2009 after a long career working in the public sector housing field in varied roles ranging from managing estates to demolishing tower blocks.  My role is to lead LIFE's housing operations, secure new contracts and plan for the future.  This is the most rewarding job I have ever had, made easier because of the strength of commitment to the client group from the housing staff team.

Elaine Hall
Regional Manager
I have worked for LIFE for 16 years, several years as a manager and previously as a house mother at the Bracknell and High Wycombe houses. 

I enjoy my job because I find it very rewarding. I like helping people and I believe in LIFE's ethos. The most satisfying part of my job is seeing the progression from vulnerable young girl entering the house to young woman, confidently moving into her own independent accommodation.

I cover houses in Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset and Bath, as well as Hampshire Community Support.

Sue Hilton
Regional Manager
I've been with LIFE for 8 years starting as a Support Worker in the Nottingham house, moving onto Senior Support Worker and then co-ordinating the Life Skills Programme

The best part of my job is the variation of my role - every day is never the same!

I cover the Belfast house and Community Service, Grimsby, Telford, Walsall, Bedford and I co-ordinate the out-of-hours emergency service.

I have worked for LIFE for 8 years starting as a Support Worker in Chertsey for 4 years.

I love working for LIFE because it is never predictable - every day brings a different challenge.

My region covers 3 houses in Surrey, 4 houses and the Community Support service in West Sussex, and the Twickenham house.
