How CrMS Works

*

Essentially this system is about recording vaginal discharges. The observations are obtained during routine bathroom visits. It can be done in seconds.

At the end of the day the most fertile sign of that day is recorded on the chart using a code. Then a coloured stamp adds a visual interpretation of the fertility.

At its simplest red is for bleeding, green for no discharge and anything with a baby means that conception is possible.

The Creighton Model FertilityCare system requires initial practitioner support for proper use. This is due to the subtle yet significant differences that a woman might observe compared with textbook observations.

We always start with a generic introductory session. After this 5 follow-up sessions over a 3-month period are the norm. We use telephone consultations for anyone who does not live close to a practitioner.
