Christmas Angel raises hopes for charity
‘The Musical Weatherman' has released a Christmas track with a video by an award-winning animator with 100% of the sales being donated to Life.
Christmas Angel, written and performed by ‘Musical Weatherman' Eddy Davies is available now to download at ITUNES and other leading online music retailers. “It's a unique and uplifting love song that will appeal to all ages,” says Eddy.
Mary Lubrano from national pregnancy care charity Life, which provides housing for homeless pregnant women, crisis-pregnancy counselling and relationships education in schools, adds: “We are thrilled that Eddy has chosen to support us in this way. Christmas can be a tough time for many young women and families and the money raised through his single will really help to support them.”
Davies, 25 from Reading, chose to support the charity after witnessing the London riots this year, adding: “The riots highlighted the importance of bringing children up with the right values. Parents who find themselves in trouble should have access to the support they need and Life does some great work in this area.”
The animated music video for Christmas Angel has been produced by award-winner Neil Whitman. “Christmas Angel is an intimate love song. The first time I played the track to my girlfriend she cried and I realised then that it had huge potential,” says Whitman.
The song costs between £0.79 and £0.99. The home page for the song can be found at www.themusicalweatherman.bandcamp.com You can watch the animated video online by following the link: www.youtube.com themusicalweatherman
